Dear friends,
I thought I might take the time to relate a story to the cell group just how powerful the Web really is.
Aaron Daley is one of our salespeople and he has lived in Seville all his life. His sister is currently travelling throughout the US. She has a job in one of the big Hotels and she was talking to a patron and he recognised her accent. He said that he was moving to New Zeland at the end of the year. She ask where he was moving to and he said a small country town. She asked which one, and he replied Seville. He said that he had been looking on the Internet with Market Property and he had found a house for $500,000 that he liked. He said that Market Property was the only agency that had replied to his emails and that a fellow called Scott had been helping him. He asked if she knew Aaron. She replied that she should because he was her brother. This brought on great hilarity. He asked her if she would like to see the home he was interested in, and she said yes. Too her great surprise it was her sisters home. (She didn't know she was selling).

Well, here we are, home sold and moving on to another, who would have believed the sale would have taken only a couple of weeks, CONGRATULATIONS.
Working with Market Property has given me faith back in the real estate world. Your particular branch having total focus and true dedication to customers is something to be very proud of. Having dealt with Phillip, Janet, Linda, on the sales side, Cindy and Earl on reception always gave the feeling of the client being important. Maybe others could take a leaf from Market Property book on the way their customers should be handled, after all, that is the lifeline to good business practice and success.
Gaye, a big thank you for all your efforts with the sale, you have done a wonderful job experience and professionalism shining thru.
On closing I would also like to congratulate you on such a dedicated team of employees not one complaint comes to mind in dealing with your Office, it has been a pleasure working with everyone I came in contact with. |
